This study was conducted with 200 high school teachers working in Cuddalore district of Tamilnadu in India. Normative survey method was adopted. The objectives covered were handling subject, gender and educational qualification. High school teachers have low level of E-learning satisfaction. The findings of this study show that the high school teachers are having low level of E-Learning satisfaction. Further, there is no significant difference in the E-learning satisfaction of high school teachers with respect to the sub samples.Keywords

Objective: Crataeva magna is a potent medicinal plant in the Indian system of medicine. The objective of the present work was to study the antilithic activity of plant Crataeva magna (Lour.) DC belonging to family Capparaceae.
Materials and Methods: The present study was carried out to evaluate Antilithiatic activity in rats using 0.75% ethylene glycol in drinking water were given orally for 28 days. The plant Crataeva magna is used in analgesic, anti protozoal, hypoglycemic, anti inflammatory, hypotensive, anti spasmodic purposes. The aqueous extract of leaves of Crataeva magna results maximum yield value than that of petroleum ether extract, chloroform extract and alcohol extract through successive maceration process. The aqueous extract of leaves of Crataeva magna showed maximum control of lithiasis in Wister rats. Urinary risk factors of urolithiasis were monitored at the end of 7th , 14th , 21st , and 28th days. Urinary volume was increased in lithiatic as well as drug-treated rats. Increased urinary excretion of Calcium, Oxalate, Uric acid, Phosphorus and Protein in lithiatic rats was brought down significantly by the administration of Crataeva magna. Decreased magnesium excretion in hyperoxaluric rats was normalized with respect to calcium oxalate and other crystallizing salts such as uric acid, which may induce epitaxial deposition of calcium oxalate. Simultaneous treatment with the extract reduced Calcium and Oxalate ion concentration in Urine confirming the stone inhibitory effect.
Result: In Ethylene glycol induced lithiasis, the lithiasis was significantly reduced and the stone formation was normalized by administration of 200 mg/kg and 400 mg/kg dose orally and the property was comparable to the standard drug.
Conclusion: This study has established the antilithiatic activity of Crataeva magna and thus, justifies the folkloric and ethnomedical uses of this plant for lithiasis.

Acetanilide was cyclized via Vilsmeier-Haack reagent to give 2- chloro -3- formyl quinoline. The aldehydic group was protected to prevent the preferential attack of nitrogen nucleophiles. The protection of aldehydic group in the present system was achieved with ethylene glycol to afford dioxolan derivative. Dioxolan derivative treated with nitro substituted phenyl hydrazine in alcoholic solution followed by deprotection of aldehydic group afforded the 2-(2-(2- nitrophenyl) hydrazinyl) quinoline-3-carbaldehyde and 2-(2-(2, 4-dinitrophenyl) hydrazinyl) quinoline-3- carbaldehyde. The synthesized derivatives were screened for antimicrobial activity.Keywords

A simple, precise and accurate spectrophotometric method has been developed for the determination of Quetiapine fumarate in bulk drug and pharmaceutical dosage form. Standard stock solution was prepared in distilled water and further dilution was carried out with distilled water. The λmax of Quetiapine fumarate was found to be 290 nm. The A (1%,1 cm) value of Quetiapine fumarate was found to be 186.22±3.11. Calibration graph was linear over the range of 5-25 μg/ml. The correlation coefficient (r) was found to be 0.9997. The limit of detection (LOD) and limit of Quantification (LOQ) was found to be 0.41 μg/ml and 1.25 μg/ml respectively of Quetiapine fumarate. The result of estimation in marketed tablet formulations were found to be 100.64±0.18 and 101.32±0.35. The proposed method was applied successfully for the determination of Quetiapine fumarate in tablets with average recovery of 102±1.14 and 98.8±1.10. The method was then validated statistically as per ICH guidelines, which yielded good results concerning range, linearity, precision and accuracy.Keywords
